The trailer for The Wall, the new HBO comedy starring Matthew McConaughey and Amy Poehler, is set to hit theaters this Thursday.
The trailer opens with a young girl (played by Amy Poehlis) waking up in a hospital bed and realizing that she has the ability to alter her appearance and transform into a wall.
This ability, however, is also used by a man (played Matt Damon) and his daughter (played Amy Poehls) to escape.
The show is written and directed by Amy Schumer and produced by Marc Platt and Jonah Hill, with an executive producer/writer on board to serve as showrunner.
The trailer also features an appearance by The Walking Dead’s Melissa McBride and her role as a new villain, the mysterious Mr. Krabs.
The Wall is set for a March 23, 2019 premiere on HBO.
